We want you to love your Missoma pieces, but if you change your mind, we offer a 60-day return window for all items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place your items back into their original Missoma gift box and secure them inside a protective mailing envelope or box.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Choose your preferred courier through the portal to receive a pre-paid shipping label or a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
